Host Salman Khan declared Tejasswi Prakash as the Bigg Boss 15 winner on the finale. She defeated the other finalists on the show including Pratik Sehajpal, Karan Kundra, Shamita Shetty.
The winner was announced after the live voting. Tejasswi has defeated all the co-contestants and has bagged the trophy of Bigg Boss 15 on Sunday. She also won Rs 50 lakh cash prize.
Apart from her, Pratik Sehajpal and Karan Kundra were the top three finalists. Another finalist Nishant Bhatt had accepted Rs 10 lakhs and opted out of the Bigg Boss Finale. It was highly anticipated that Tejasswi Prakash would win the finale.
Earlier Rashmi Desai had also opted to walk out of the show leaving behind five participants on the show. Every contestant is given a choice to choose briefcase filled with cash or to look forward to the final results. Former Bigg Boss contestants made their entry in the show. Rubina Dilaik, Gauhar Khan, Shweta Tiwari, Gautam Gulati marked their appearance with the briefcase full of money. Later, Deepika Padukone, Anannya Pandey and Siddhant Chaturvedi announced the top three finalists after Shamita Shetty got eliminated.
Former BB14 contestant, Shehnaaz Gill made her performance on the song ‘Tu Yahin hai’ and dedicated it to the late actor Sidharth Shukla. Salman Khan got emotional after her performance. The show also marked some stunning performances by several celebrities. Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi had also made the guest appearance on the grand finale.
Tejasswi Prakash has also also remained in the headlines because of her relationship with her co-contestant Karan Kundra. Hindi TV actress is famous for her role in the serial ‘Swaragini’. She had also participated in ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ in 2020. She has also bagged Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 6.
