New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on November 8, 2022) follows:

A section of BetMGM users have taken to Twitter to report that they are facing an issue while attempting to login into their accounts as they get an error saying: ‘Access to our site is blocked in your country’.

This has resulted in some users being unable to bet or cash out their wins.

We’ve shared a few reports from disgruntled users as well as a screenshot of the error message below for reference:

Some even say that they were able to log in and place bets earlier. However, upon coming back to check, they weren’t able to log in to their accounts.

Current reports indicate that the issue is affecting BetMGM users in Colorado as they get the ‘Access to our site is blocked in your country’ error message.

It’s unclear what’s causing users from the region to be unable to log in to their accounts as BetMGM hasn’t acknowledged the problem yet.

We may just have to wait for an official statement regarding the issue or for a silent fix to roll out.

Whatever the case, some feel like they deserve a refund for all bets that were active during the time period when they weren’t able to log in.

That said, we’ll keep track of the situation and will post an update if and when there are any further developments.
