But lately, users are facing issues (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) with bottom bar buttons. Apparently, the bottom buttons or quick links on the Bet365 app are either unresponsive or grayed out.
Affected users are now unable to set new bets or check prior bets. According to reports, the issue is owing to the recent v8.0.2.275 app update.
The issue becomes a bit concerning because users might also permanently lose their data or history related to bets.
The unresponsive betslips issue has left users incredibly frustrated that many have taken to Twitter with harsh criticism of the Bet365 app.
Official acknowledgment and potential workaround
Fortunately, the team behind Bet365 has acknowledged the issue and is currently working on a fix. The team has also suggested a possible workaround to mitigate the issue temporarily. It involves deleting and reinstalling the app.
Another workaround involves using the web version of Bet365, as suggested by one of those affected. It appears to have fixed the issue for them.
