Ever since its release last month, Battlefield 2042 has managed to remain in the spotlight for all sorts of reasons. While reviewers praised the game for its stunning visuals, some say that the game marks the downfall of the franchise.
And they are not completely wrong. Just days after the launch of Battlefield 2042, players expressed their frustration with the game added to the list of worst-rated games on Steam.
While EA is doing a great job and fixing the bugs and glitches steadily, new bugs are still popping up. Adding to the list, Battlefield 2042 players say that the Sundance anti-armor grenade is avoiding ground vehicles and instead prioritizes aircraft.
Many say that the issue surfaced after Battlefield 2042 update 3. User reports suggest that the grenade ignores any nearby ground vehicle such as a tank and goes after a distant aircraft, making it completely useless.
Moreover, the grenade seems to be barely damaging aircraft, and sometimes even pops in the air or misses the target altogether. Many have already ditched the grenade in favor of other types of explosives.
Once again, the lead game designer at DICE stepped up and said that the developers are aware of the issue. However, there is no news if they have found a fix or when it will be resolved.
We hope Battlefield 2042 developers find the reason why the Sundance anti-armor grenade is prioritizing aircraft and fix it as soon as possible. Rest assured, we will be updating this space when EA patches it so make sure you stay tuned.
