Battlefield 2042 (also known as Battlefield 6) is the latest installment in the franchise of tactical FPS games from Electronic Arts.
The game arrived in October of last year (2021) and is available on both current and previous generation consoles, as well as on Windows OS devices.
Battlefield 2042 includes Weekly Missions among its multiple game modes. These special challenges offer rewards to players who complete them.
However, according to multiple reports, the current Battlefield 2042 Weekly Mission is missing from the menu for many players (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12).

Apparently, neither the current Battlefield 2042 Weekly Mission nor the progress made appear in the in-game menu.
For some players, the weekly challenge was present for a while, but then it suddenly disappeared, with no apparent explanation.
A potential workaround
It’s worth pointing out that some players managed to resolve the issue by contacting the EA support team. The request for the resolution of the problem must be made through this form.
As annoying as the game is, and some of the decisions EA makes, at least their customer support reps have always been excellent to deal with.

The fix will come in the next update
The EA team is already aware of the issue and is investigating. A fix will arrive in the next Battlefield 2042 update.
EA also confirms that players can still progress through weekly challenges, but progress will not be displayed in the menu.
