Developed by Turtle Rock Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Back 4 Blood is a first-person zombie shooting game. In many aspects, it is the spiritual successor to Left 4 Dead.
Launched in October last year, the game features 8 survivors known as Cleaners with each character offering unique perks and attributes. The aim is to get rid of a parasite called ‘the Devil Worm’ and survive.
While issues such as the missing Fort hope pre-order skin has affected some, the developers were quick to fix the problem. That said, Back 4 Blood players say having Mom in part significantly speeds up the bleed out time and health.
Many say the bug is making it hard to revive teammates during the horde on the nightmare difficulty and making Mom completely unplayable.
Some initially thought it was a one-time thing and tried reconnecting to the servers and restarting the game but the problem persisted.
Thankfully, Back 4 Blood developers have acknowledged the issue where having Mom on the team is speeding up the bleed out time. However, they did not share any ETA of when the problem will be resolved.
We hope they soon find out the root cause of the problem and fix it in an upcoming update.
