First, find whether this is software or hardware issue. If it is a hardware issue then move to Apple Support. If it is a software issue then follow the upcoming steps. Solution 1: Restart your device

  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the slide to power off screen appears.
  • Drag the slider to turn off your device.
  • Again press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until you see an Apple Logo.

Solution 2: Refresh Bluetooth

  • Go to Settings >Bluetooth.
  • Turn off “Bluetooth”.
  • Force Restart your iOS device.
  • Then turn on “Bluetooth”.
  • Then try to connect the Bluetooth accessory to iPhone.

Solution 3: Software Update

  • Launch Settings > General.
  • Tap on “Software Update“.
  • If an Update is available, tap “Download and Install”.

Solution 4: Reset All Settings

  • Launch Settings > General.
  • Scroll down to see Reset and then tap it.
  • Tap “Reset all Settings”.
  • Enter passcode if required and then tap “Reset All Settings” in Pop-up box to confirm the action.

Solution 5: Factory Reset

  • Launch Settings.
  • Scroll down to see General and then tap it.
  • Again scroll down to see Reset and then tap it.
  • Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
  • Now the pop-up box will appear with 3 options. If you want to Backup your device then tap Back Up Then Erase.
  • If you have already taken a Backup then tap Erase Now.
  • Wait until the process gets finished.
