It is the largest audiobook service available in the United States and as of August 2020, features more than 200,000 audio programs from leading publishers and broadcasters.
That being said, users recently reported that they were having trouble with search results in both the app and the website.
And as if botching up the search function wasn’t enough, Audible subscribers are now saying (1,2,3,4,5) that the service is sending them multiple duplicate emails telling them that their pre-order for the American Muckraker has been delayed indefinitely.
Moreover, it looks like the audiobook streaming service is canceling the pre-order for reasons unknown.
Many say that they are receiving loads of emails saying the same thing with some users being frustrated because their inbox is getting filled with emails from Audible.
Some users are frustrated to the point where they are saying that they would cancel their subscription if Audible does not fix the issue soon.
When users informed them they were getting multiple duplicate emails about the American Muckraker getting delayed, Audible Support quickly acknowledged the issue and said they have escalated it for investigation.
However, they did not share any information or timeframe on when it will be fixed.
We hope Audible soon finds out the root cause of the issue and stops sending multiple emails to its subscribers concerning the indefinite delay of American Muckraker’s unavailability.
As always, we will keep an active track of the developments on this one and update the story as and when required so stay tuned.
