Asus ROG Phone 5s, ROG Phone 5s Pro India launch Livestream
Asus, a Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer, has announced the extension of its Republic of Gamers portfolio in India. The Asus ROG Phone 5s and Asus ROG Phone 5s Pro are going to launch in India today. The firm will conduct a virtual event beginning at 12 p.m. The event will be live-streamed on the company’s YouTube page and social media outlets.

Both gadgets are likely to offer the same functionality as those released in August of last year. The 6.78-inch Samsung AMOLED E4 displays on both Asus smartphones have a refresh rate of 144Hz. headquartered company’s Indian subsidiary. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC-powered smartphones are available in a variety of variants.
The ROG Phone 5s Pro model has just one 18GB LPDDR5 RAM option, but the vanilla ROG Phone 5s offers up to 18GB LPDDR5 RAM. Both variants run Android 11, with the ROG UI overlay on top.
The ROG Phone 5s and ROG Phone 5s Pro include a triple back camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. There is also a 24-megapixel primary sensor for selfies and video calls.
Both Asus ROG smartphones include a 6,000mAh battery with 65W quick charging capabilities. In addition, they include two front stereo speakers. As onboard sensors, the gaming smartphones include an in-display fingerprint sensor, an accelerometer, an e-compass, a gyroscope, a proximity sensor, an ambient light sensor, and ultrasonic sensors for AirTrigger 5 and grip press.
The phones have a 3.5mm headphone socket, GPS and GLONASS, a USB Type-C port, and other connection features.
