New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….
Original story (published on April 04, 2022) follows:
Set in England during the Viking expansion, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is the twelfth installment in the celebrated franchise. It was released in November of 2020.
Ever since its launch, developers have updated the title with various content updates, the latest being the Dawn of Ragnarok DLC that places players in the shoes of Odin.
But as is the case with the majority of Ubisoft games, players have complained of various bugs and issues such as not receiving Jotun armor or the in-game world always raining when loading a save.
Having said that, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players have been complaining for a long time that the ‘Milk of Humankind’ quest is bugged. Many say that the cow is not moving no matter what they do.
With some reports dating back to a few days after the game’s launch, it looks like the bug is affecting player progression since then.
While Ubisoft had acknowledged the issue last year as well, it looks like the developers have finally found the root cause of the problem and said that it will be fixed in a future update. However, there is no ETA on when the quest will be patched.
Moreover, we came across a workaround that might help players complete the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Milk of Humankind quest. It involves limiting the in-game FPS to 30 and moving the rock to the left until it moves.
You can watch the video below to get an idea of how to move the rock so the cow can finally move.
Rest assured, we will be updating this space when Assassin’s Creed Valhalla developers fix the problem, so stay tuned for more information.
Update 1 (April 20)
