New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….
Original story (published on April 30, 2022) follows:
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is one of the biggest and most visually striking games of all time. Set during the Viking expansion in the British Isles, players take control of a character named Eivor.
But in the last two years, players have complained about several technical glitches such as some being unable to see or join this year’s Ostara festival and Eivor getting drunk when loading into the game.
While Ubisoft seems to be working to fix the aforementioned problems, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is reportedly facing a new issue in the Wrath of the Druids expansion where many are unable to unlock the Double Trouble trophy (1,2,3,4,5).
Players say they have already acquired the two sickles and equipped them both but nothing happens.
Some have tried loading a save before they collected both sickles and tried equipping them again but that did not work either. It looks like the problem surfaced after the recent title update.
Below are some reports from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players who are not able to collect the Double Trouble trophy even after equipping the ceremonial and bone sickle.
Thankfully, Ubisoft Support Staff has commented on the issue where Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players are unable to unlock the Double Trouble trophy and said they are investigating the problem.
However, there is no ETA on when the bug will be fixed. As always, we will be keeping tabs on the matter and update this space as and when we come across more information so make sure you stay tuned.
Update 1 (May 24)
01:58 pm (IST): Ubisoft support has informed players that this issue won’t get resolved in 1.5.2 patch. However, the team is working to fix it as soon as possible.
