Shark Tank India season 1 was a huge success, it was lager appreciated by the audience. Wheater’s the term they use, or the meme which went viral, or Ashneer Grover! Yes, Ashneer Grover has defiantly become famous during and even after the show ends. Ashneer Grover has also been in lame light, either because of his non-sugar coated statement or the memes.

Ashneer Grover, the embattled co-founder and managing director of BharatPe, who is in discussions with the firm, sought protection from any future action against his settlement. According to The Economic Times, the news has come that Grover has filed an arbitration with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, seeking to keeps his 9.5% stake in BharatPe.

“There were talks last week and Grover did mention he wants indemnity rights,  it shouldn’t be that after the current dispute is settled litigation is initiated after that,” a person aware of the matter said,” a source said.

The war between Grover and BharatPe has been now going on for months. On 10 February, Jain had written to the board alleging that it had accepted her resignation even though she had not tendered one. Earlier Ashneer has asked BharatPe investor and board for Rs 4000 crore for a 9.5% stake in the company, though the investor had engaged with his demands.
