Shah Rukh Khan submitted a money order for Rs 4,500 to the Arthur Road prison officials on October 11 for Aryan Khan’s canteen costs. A prisoner is only permitted one money order of Rs 4,500 per month, according to jail rules. Aryan Khan, according to reports, is eating jail meals and wearing clothing that has been provided to him from home.
Aryan Khan received a money order for Rs 4,500 from his family last week, the maximum amount that can be transferred to someone in jail, which he may use to purchase meals and other goods at Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail. Aryan was also given a 10-minute supervised video contact with his family, as per a High Court ruling mandating that convicts have video calls with their families twice a week owing to Covid.
Aryan, on the other hand, has only used this option once.
According to Indian news agency ANI, the money order was received Monday and the video conversation took place yesterday.
However, the jail’s Superintendent, Nitin Waychal, has stated that Aryan would be fed jail food and that no home or outside food will be supplied to the star’s kid till a court order is issued, according to him.
Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, was hauled back to jail yesterday evening after being denied bail for the fourth time in the Mumbai drugs-on-cruise case.
