Lately, Apex Legends players have been facing some issues related to claiming rewards for completing certain challenges or objectives.
More specifically, according to multiple reports, even after collecting 45 season treasure packs, Apex Legends players are unable to get the prizes they should receive (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).
No rewards after collecting all season treasure packs
Treasure Packs are items that can be obtained during competitive matches. Once the players gets 45, the game should recompense them with a new skin, stars, and other items.
But, in recent days, this is not happening. Although the players manage to complete all the requirements, the game does not give them the rewards (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
I just collected my last treasure pack and i didnt get the rewards for collecting them all. I checked with my eva-8 skins and the skin isn’t there, the same with the apex pack and stars. Does anyone else have this problem? Source
EA is already aware, but no ETA for a fix yet
The EA team officially confirmed that they are already aware of the issues related to obtaining rewards from treasure packs. Currently, the bug is under investigation.
But, at the moment, there is no estimated arrival time for the fix’s rollout. So, the affected players can only wait for new official pronouncements on the matter.
