Developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts, Apex Legends is one of the most popular Battle Royale titles to come out in recent times.

Having said that, Apex Legends developers recently removed the Rampage LMG from the game because of a bug that enabled players to keep the gun in a charged state permanently.

In case you are unfamiliar, players can use the Thermite Grenade to charge the gun and is one of the most powerful weapons in the game.

That being said, Respawn Entertainment released a patch yesterday and brought the gun back in the loot pool.

They also reduced the damage output from 28 to 26 and increased the Thermite consumption per shot when it is charged.

But within hours of its comeback, Apex Legends players started complaining (1,2,3,4,5) that the nerf was not enough and that they were happy without Rampage.

Many say that it is basically a G7 Scout with a large magazine and low-skill cap. While some say that Rampage should be a care package weapon, others say that the charge up should be removed.

We hope Respawn Entertainment listens to Apex Legends’ player base and make some changes to the Rampage so it feels balanced.
