‘Raiders’ is the most recent Collection Event to be held at Apex Legends. This one will bring new content and a pirate-based theming.
Apex Legends: Raiders Collection event has been available for a few days now. But, it seems that the progression system is not working properly. So, the players are not receiving their rewards.
Apex Legends: Raiders Collection event progression gets stuck due to a bug
According to multiple reports from Apex Legends players, there is a bug that paralyzes progression during the Raiders Collection event (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).
When players reach a certain point level, the progress counter reportedly gets stuck. So, the score doesn’t go up, even though players complete objectives and win matches (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8).
Still stuck at 1250, and doing event challenges doesn’t progress where I am on the prize tracker.
I have seen other people here with the same issue, but stuck at different points on the tracker.
I have not seen Respawn address this problem anywhere on social media. Has anyone seen them say anything about this glitch and what they are going to do about it? Source
Earned rewards are not available
In addition to the above, there are also problems with rewards. According to multiple reports, players have received some rewards, but they can’t find them in their inventory.
Is anyone not getting all the rewards frome the raiders event like right now in the prize traker it say ive gotten to the crypto skin wich i cant eaven equip or find in my cripto skins but if i go to match summary its shows that i have reached the alternator skin with 3800 points total Source
EA is already aware and looking into the issue
Recently, an EA Community Manager confirmed that they are already aware of the issues. For now, the bug is under investigation, without an ETA for a fix.
Finally, when new updates appear on the matter, we will update this article. So, stay tuned.
Update 1 (December 15)
06:00 pm (IST): In a recent tweet, Respawn confirmed that the issue with rewards still persists, but the player’s progression is being tracked so they will receive all their rewards once the issue is fixed.
Update 2 (December 24)
03:50 pm (IST): Respawn has confirmed that all players who were impacted by the Raiders Prize Tracker bug will be granted the rewards they missed out on. However, players must log in by Jan 4 to get the items.
