With millions of daily active users, Apex Legends is available on various platforms like Microsoft Windows, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and so on.
Set in the same universe as Titanfall, the highest league in the game is Apex Predator. This comprises some of the best players on the globe.
That said, many Apex Legends players (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) are complaining about an issue where their apex pack is not leveling up.
Multiple gamers took to the EA community forum and other social media sites to talk about the issue. We’ve added a few reports below for reference:
The issue is hindering gamers’ progress as they aren’t able to go past a certain tier since their apex pack is not increasing.

Luckily, the official word on the issue is out. Responding to a comment, EA help has confirmed that the team is actively investigating the matter.
Unfortunately, we haven’t come across any workarounds that can help mitigate the issue where apex pack is not leveling up. You’ll have to wait till the team comes up with a fix.

12:14 pm (IST): Respawn support on Twitter has confirmed that they have released a fix for the missing level-up rewards.
