Anonymous, a hacker collective, has called on Americans to boycott all cable providers that force them to pay for FOX News in order to punish the conservative network for airing Carlson’s Russian propaganda.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson also warned about the consequences of deposing Russian President Vladimir Putin, claiming that Islamic extremists would steal the country’s nuclear weapons and use them against Americans.
Carlson has become a favorite for rebroadcasts on Russian propaganda channels for blaming President Joe Biden for the invasion of Ukraine. He has made a habit of defending Putin, even after the Russian dictator made moves to invade Ukraine. Mother Jones revealed a leaked Kremlin memo that directed Russian state-sponsored media to use Carlson’s broadcasts “as much as possible”.
Tucker Carlson carried on presenting his conspiratorial show with such a seeming lack of regard that the Kremlin considers his equivocations over the causes of the Ukraine conflict vital to its propaganda apparatus. Russia’s foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov, had praise for Fox’s coverage of the conflict and said: “If you take the United States, only Fox News is trying”.
